It would be interesting to find out when the policy effective dates were that Mr. Wilcox assumed he had coverage. Did the Agent testify? On its' face, it would seem that it would have neen an easy job for the prosecutor to prove fraud when a person calls his agent and request coverage, hours after an accident occurred. How closely did Wilcox control his company?
