if you mean an elderly driver, they at least don't get distracted and have the driving experience. teens, i know i have one in my hh, have a tendacy to not be cautious. they don't look everywhere around the vehicle. i constantly tell my daughter to look at all mirrors and not just the front window or the mirror when she's changing a lane. things can happen all around you and since they have not been driving long accidents are likely to happen and happen quickly.
it's great that even the govenor's daughter agrees!
