Until and unless there's public outrage, human garbage like this will continue to thrive in sewers like the Bronx. I agree with all that these spineless thieves should get jail time. The media classifies this a "victimless crime". ********!! We all pay for this in increased costs. Doesn't matter if it's medical providers or retailers. They can't stop these people so they simply pass the costs along to the rest of us. There has to be a personal injury attorney at the head of this line to the trough. They're the ones who line up the doctors and build the system. The schmucks who participate are only the cannon fodder.
