The first offense is bad enough considering that's only the first time they've been *CAUGHT*.
There's no telling how many times they've driven under the influence prior to getting busted... I would be some number in the dozens, especially if they live close to wherever they like to drink. Can't they just drink at home and stay there? WTF???
