While my Dad was working for an oil company in a well known Islamic country, he was not allowed to drive himself arround-all consulants were given a company car and native driver. One morning when the car came to pick Dad up for work, there was a new driver. The old driver was caught driving drunk the previous night and was beheaded by the authorities forthwith. Can we do that here??
