While I don't agree with the settlement in the least, at least this time they found somebody who was at least remotely connected to the club and the foam. That's a step up from the last article that covered a settlement from a foam company that may or may not have at some point in time manufactured foam that may or may not have at some point in time been considered for use in the club and may or may not have etc etc.
