Can you imagine that this had to be litigated at all? One of the principles in insurance is that any misrepresentation at application voids the contract. That is prettyn explicit but you know how those good ole plaintiff's attorneys care so much about their clients rights and how they are being tramples and used by the big, bad insurance companies...(NOT!)
