Sussex County is a beach resort area where the new housing boomed until last year. The major employment is building and tourist. Jobs are gone and tourists are scarce. There has been a large increase in foreclosures of first and second homes. There is a "good old boy" mentality of those who are originally from here. I'm not surprised there is an increase in arson.
