Actually, you're right Dread...I'd much prefer old rope as it may have a chance of breaking and then I could run free. I do appreciate the $500 per animal up to $1,000, but the stipulations IJ reported are a little ridiculous. I do commercial lines, so I don't see much of the PL auto side.
