People, google "FBIC" (Fight Bad Faith Insurance Companies) They say Erie is one of the worst to get insurance. See for yourself. If you do or already have, let's hope you don't have a claim. I turned in a claim to them. It took them several months to turn me down. I took them to general sessions and won against an Erie attorney. They of course appealed to further delay paying. I've hired an attorney and thank goodness TN. is pro bad faith insurance. Which means, you can ask for a lot more than just your claim. I tried to be nice by going to General Sessions but they figure most will go away. See ya Erie, in front of a Jury.
