While this is not a bad law because many insured's may not be aware of a claim until they get an attorney's. There's always going to be the insured who just throws things away or Fogets??? to report claims.
At least now the insurance can't just deny without an explanation.

Of course If I an attorney the first thing I am going to do is get a judgement against the carrier
