Of course now there's the legal fees, the prison time, the total loss on the return and whatever fines she gets slapped with. There should be a way to flag people who attempt insurance fraud so they can fit into a different class and either never be insured again or have to pay out the nose for the privilege. I know neither one of those is really viable, but I hate it when people try to defraud the system and jack prices up for the rest of us.
