its about time someone took things into their hands. Why not give other people who do not make money right now the right to make something? Of course the police will object because someone finally figured out that they could be walking the streets looking for real criminals. All they do is stand around and look at people.
Give it to people who really need the job. Just a month or so ago it was found out that cops in worcester had been putting in over time for days when they were on duty. i mean come on we pay these guys shouldnt someone be on our side?
