Everyone and anyone injured on an SCA job should immediately contact a lawyer and then proceed, do not bother thinking they are there to do the RIGHT THING...they aren't. Their methods are sneaky, tricky, and according to THEM...there is nothing you can do about it. They try to get out of responsibility for just about EVERY School Construction Authority claim and yet their underhanded tactics go unpunished.
You know, it's really disgusting when an insurance company can get away with the things that they do. Noone monitors them, noone checks the "doctors" that are in their employ, and noone pays enough attention to their stall tactics.
