being used to rate my insurance versus
everyone receiving the same rate whether
they drive safely or not might make it more fair. I mean, rates are based on many things including credit these days.
And if the zip code that I live in have
a higher amount than normal traffic violations, accidents and claims, is it
fair to me if I have not had any of these
to pay a higher rate?
Or did I somehow misunderstand that it will rate my driving habits to determine
"MYRATE"?
