in spite of all the fundraisers and research, our medical geniuses haven't found a cure or prevention for anything since polio some 50 years ago. Why? there is not profit in prevention/cure. Medical research, diagnosis, and treatment are the cash cows of the medical profession folks. Fundraisers make people feel good, but in the end, it's all smoke and mirrors.
