Ralph. I don't disagree, but you're missing Dread's point. We keep doing "feel good" things that do nothing about the underlying problem. What's more important: helping a family pay a few bills or saving lives? I too am disgusted with the medical community. While I'd hate to admit it and hope it isn't true, I don't think too many people are interested in preventing or curing anything. The profit motive is the driving force of America and it will do anything for it. There's too much money and too many jobs in research, diagnostics, and treatment to make prevention and cures tops on anybody's list. I agree with Dread........follow the money.
