Considering the grossly excessive BAC the judge should have rejected a plea of "no contest". If this doesn't warrant a guilty plea what does. Of course this spineless jellyfish doesn't have the stones to plead guilty. I wonder if he had prior DWI's. Restitution for the damage to the highway sign should be included in his sentence. They should stencil his BAC on his car to let people know of his accomplishments.
