Since driving is a privilege and not a right, and since the interlocks are only being placed upon multiple convictions, and everybody's rights are being respected, I don't see a problem here. I'd like to know what rights the name-changer thinks are being trampled here. These people are still free to move about the country without papers. They still have the full legal use of their property. They were not subjected to illegal search or seizure. So what rights exactly are being trampled?
