you are correct, what makes a government official any different than a regular citizen. granted he may be retired, but that does not make him any more special than anyone else. his sentence should be no different, possibly more so, because of the fact he kept saying judge. it should be noted that although we gave you the power per the vote, does not mean you can't be held responsible. you have to abide by the same rules and regs. i think many folks in high positions, don't want to comply w/the rules.
