Our industry has been harboring this type of criminal way to long. And yes, for all those until provent guilty folks I agree it needs to been proven. It's just that I've seen unethical agents pull some bad tricks and get away with it for a long time. I would like to see the industry involved in a lot more self regulation to avoid the fed coming in as in the case of the securities dealers mandates.
Let's all clean it up.
