A local agent had his license suspended for taking money and not placing coverage, providing false documents, etc. to the clients. In one case, he has an automatic withdrawal authorization and too $200+ from the same guy, month after month.
That was in 2005. Here we are in 2008, the guy's license is reinstated and he is doing business again. If I was a new victim of his, I would sue the D.O.I. for ever giving him his license back.
