so when is truly discrimatory to offer a discount because you have a homeowners policy? true, a renters' policy should be treated the same, but rates are based on rating factors not discounts. now, what happens to those that live with family and actually don't have to pay rent. are we now being discrimatory now? um...wonder!!!
