So wait... they want $100m in compensatory damages? That's $9.1m per person!!!
Lets say these people made $15/hr... that's $31k/year... to justify a $9.1m payout means they are saying they planned to work at the company for 293 years.
NOW THAT'S DEDICATION! How could you fire an employee like that?!?
