Unless you have inside information, there's no way to know the merit of the suit, what exactly happened, etc. For all we know these 11 people were some of the worst employees ever, maybe a couple of them just stopped coming to work, there might be stacks of documentation to attest to that - we don't know.

Seems to me, Rosie, that you're little more than a race baiter hoping to get someone to start a racist conversation... did you notice it didn't happen?
