Its funny. I'm up there in years-been in the business since '81 and other than black rappers and the remnants of the KKK, you never hear the "n" word said by anyone these days. Its a toxic word. I am simply amazed that you would say that anyone in todays workforce is willing to risk demotion or even firing for the use of that word. No one is that powerful or bold. I just don't believe you.
