Typical. Karen Weldin Stewart, who got herself elected Delaware's new Insurance Commissioner by claiming vast but practically non-existing insurance and general business experience must have picked her fraud guy from the court records. Gordon is certainly not the only person in Delaware with executive and law enforcement experience, just the only one with that experience AND a criminal record.
