Since the Giants are actually in New Jersey, perhaps Burress has (or had) a NJ pers auto policy w/ Allstate. In which case, standard coverage in NJ is 15/30/5. But you can also purchase "basic" coverage here, which is 0/0/5 (zero BI, $5,000 PD). Basic coverage was introduced by the State of NJ as an attempt to get all the uninsured motorists here to at least buy something.
