A skate park is neither designed nor inteded for bicycles. The kid made a big mistake and lost his life. The parents bear some responsibility for not insuring he had and used a helmet. Having said that, let's see how long it takes for the parents to file suit in an effort to blame someone else. I can see the complaint now: "the defendant(s) negligently constructed a park knowing that someone would use it for other than its intended purpose. They should have posted signs warning of the dangers of falling off a bike while doing something a kid shouldn't have been doing in the first place. They should also have posted warnings about the dangers of doing bicycle tricks without a helmet."
