Rest assured the family will use this as a trainable moment. They will sue the skate park owners, the bicycle manufacturer and anyone else the attorney can bring into the picture for $30,000,000. Then they will hold a press conference saying that they are not suing because of the money but because they want to bring about change and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
