My thoughts on this as a parent make me feel tremendous sympathy to these grieving parents. Why are we so quick to judge another when we ourselves do not know how we would react if it were our child. This life which only had 13 years to give his family joy is now gone. Can't we just leave our jaded comments about lawsuits etc out of this? And do not give me reality is what it is. These parents lost their son, and if it were me I would be so devastated and completely wretched with grief I would not be able to talk to anyone much less some attorney about suiing a skate park.
Give it a rest people....a life was lost!
