Sorry Chris, but this is a site that deals with insurance, not the Oprah web site. The people here are used to seeing this type of situation go immediately to the courts with massive transfer of assets, but of course, it's never about the money. There is nobody posting here who is unsympathetic to the parents. Anyone who has been in the business more than a few days has seen where these terrible accidents lead, straight to the courthouse. You want Dr. Phil, go to his website. This is for insurance professionals, (not always true) to post comments regarding insurance topics.
