It's crap like this that clogs the already pathetically flawed court system. The complaint should bee tossed. The woman is an idiot for venturing near the tracks with the gates coming down. She must also be stupid not to have walked back onto the sidewalk before the train passed. She ought to be embarassed for her stupid act. And exactly what is being "badly shake" worth on the settlement market?
