well, all i can say - did she wet her pants?! afterall, they put gate crossings, bells and whistles for what reason? why are we trying to go fast? afterall, how many cars have done the same thing? how many vehicles have been struck or pedestrians? another way for folks to get money thinking that big brother can pay for anything even though they were not at-fault.
