wow! how does one think that he can allow his trucks to be on the road w/o insurance and w/o proper maintenance. i hope that they company is now defunct. i hope the families involved have gotten their money. he's 73! so 6 yrs will make him 79. he'll have lost everything he's had, his wife will be going to jail for fraud.
