Boy, you people really don't do your jobs well. If you looked, you'd have found out that there was a prior fatal "accident" at the same "recycling" company in 2005, supposedly investigated by OSHA. You might have also found out that the recycling company is misclassified as a second hand paper dealer. The tragedy here is that three people are dead, and the site where it happened is probably also the site of insurance fraud.
A father and son, and an employee of the recycling company are dead and you publish jokes about unions. Way to go!
