County administrators, the police chief, and commanding officers should be terminated immediately. Only now are they going to re-define the parameters for this out-dated, useless, and demeaning practice. Why weren't such policies implemented and training provided before now? It would be intersting to see just how many pieces of contraband (weapons or drugs) have been found through cavity searches in this jerkwater town. Seems the cops have a penchant for humiliating people for no good reason. Maybe they have nothing better to do.
