Let's see....AM BEST is owned and managed by McGraw-Hill, who is managed by or directed by State Farm's President & CEO, Edward Barry Rust, Jr., who (State Farm) owns 50% joint venture of RenRe, Top Layer Re, Da Vinci Re, who is in a joint venture with Stonington Insurance (Texas) who is doing business with Glenco Holdings Group, who is in Bermuda, etc., etc.
