Subject: Non payment by Zurich of legitimate claims in Scotland

Over the past few years my life, and the life of my family, have been ruined by Zurich Internation refusing to pay out my legitimate claim. I claimed under an Employee Liability Insurance for injuries which I sustained at work as a checkout operator with Tesco stores for musculoskeletal unjuries, (back/neck/shoulder/arm pain) which I sustained in 1990.
The system and conditions I had to tolerate had been previously deemed to be risky to checkout operators, and I had a wealth of documentation to prove it. Why will Zurich not peruse this evidence to back up my claim. Why was it then that this claim was turned down?
Why also did Zurich carry out a malicious vendetta against myself and my family to avoid paying out, not only to myself but other operators.
Why also is it the fact that it would appear that insurance companies do not want to pay out on legitimate claims?
Mr Gentz, could you perhaps enlighten me?
