Is it any surprise that AM Best is trailing the other financial rating agencies in taking negative action. They have the largest pair of rose colored glasses in the insurance industry. Take a look at their trail of missed rating opportunities....Mission, Reliance, Kemper are jsut three of the most prominent...there have been many more. Why they retain their position as the primary reference agency is difficult to fathom.
