The older generation were committed for achievement, there attitude coped with their work which was appreciated and admired all over the world ,The younger generation have a different attitude so they could never cope to the work in the past ,trying to drive them will lead them to disaster,

A problem like this in never an individuals it effects every one very much care must be taken and friendly methods have to be introduced for achievement
