So much for 'confidentiality' in Bermuda. I was under the impression that until the new 'cooperative agreement' takes effect,they had to respond 'legally' when a 'felony charge' had been made, not to a 'fishing expedition' by a regulator who aspires to be a politician. The erosion of Bermuda insurance business will accelerate, and the island will suffer as a result.
