Though it looks extremely unlikely that we'll have Hurricane Zeta make landfall in Florida, I just thought I'd comment that if it does, a whole new deductible will apply! It doesn't matter if it's the tail end of the "2005" hurricane season, it's the calendar date the damage occurs. Good news is, it would put a dent in the deductible for our next hurricane season!
