SINCE THE CURRENT USA ADMINISTRATION PREFERS TO CONCENTRATE ON SOMETHING THEY CALL"INTELLIGENT DESIGN",THE TIME HAS COME FOR SANE PEOPLE,INCLUDING OUR INSURANCE/REINSURANCE COMMUNITIES,TO PRESSURE THE USA TO JOIN THE REST OF OUR WORLD IN APPLYING THE LATEST PROVEN SCIENTIFIC FACTS TO THE DYNAMICS OF GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE.
