Dread...you are absolutely correct. Just looking at the bunch of pompous little pricks who run that 3rd world country makes me want to puke. I'll chip in to buy weapons and train the people so they can overthrow them. As for these cretins confiscating the aid from others so they can take the credit for distributing it themselves.......we should send the marines in to open up a can of whoop-*** on them.
