What a long-winded load of crap. The "intelligencia" in the investment community needs to be able to police it's own "rogues" before they send the world economy into the shitter. Offering insurance to cover the symptom of the the problem is no solution at all. The fact is, the investment community IS the root cause of many problems. Why they allow speculators and rogues to operate under their noses is beyond reason. Find them; eliminate them.
