At last a Governor who is looking out for the best interests of insurance consumers.

Michigan Governor Granholm is right on target: not paying your phone bill or mortgage on time does not increase the likelihood of your home being struck by lightning or your car being stolen.

The insurance industry has 'circled the wagons' and spent millions promoting their self interest that credit scoring benefits consumers.

Credit scoring is fundamentally discriminatory and forces millions who are already behind the economic 'eight-ball' to pay higher premiums.
