Morons?? According to my insurance agent M.C.C.A. coverage on a motorcycle only covers you if you hit a car or a car hits you. Also the charges are more for a bike than for a car. So before you, Mr. O'Brien start worrying about your flippin' pocketbook you may want to consider that it'll take a CAR or TRUCK to make it possible for someone riding a motorcycle to get ANY sort of compensation thru M.C.C.A.
M.C.C.A. doesn't cover dumping a bike, hitting a deer or other animal, going off the road and hitting a tree or telephone pole, NOTHING but having an accident with another vehicle so after the law passes the best thing you can do before you get into your vehicle is unbunch your panties and make sure that you are in the frame of mind to watch out for motorcycles. Otherwise it MAY cost you to cover the moron YOU hit!!
