I am a biker. 40 bikes and 38 years a biker since 16 and bought a 90cc.
I belive those that ride should decide.
The Non bikers are involved because they think Bikers are uninsured and they will pay perceved additional medical bills. They dont care about my medical bills I paid for neck and back strain from wearing a 2 lb helmet on my head dragging into the wind crushing my vertibra out of allignment. I would like to lawfully ride down my street to my neighbors, or an occational freeway ride with out the pain.
Bet the cage drivers enjoy lower gas prices because we bikers use less than our share of gas to keep the demand down. Also, SUV drivers should wear helmets cause those things roll over.
