Once again those of us in business have to deal with incompetence of the public official who runs our State. Why would you not use the Medicare fee schedule as a basis for wrokers' compensation claims. Instead we must reinvent the wheel and do not have any idea what to base the cost structure on. The rates will continue to rise.
